We kindly ask you to take a moment to verify that the shipping address you provide is accurate when placing your order, to avoid any issues with the delivery of your package. However, if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll need to charge you for additional shipping fees and/or international taxes to reship it to you.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want you to know that we’re here to help! Please inspect your order upon reception, and if you notice any issues, contact us right away. We’ll require photo documentation of any damages within 30 days of receiving the item, and we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
