The web page is the property of RAUK AB and any names, trademarks, images, designs, products, services, and other content can not be copied or used without the written consent of RAUK AB.
These Terms & Conditions are set to apply to all sales through http://adamafekenstam.se/shop. No waiver or modification of these Terms & Conditions will be binding unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of RAUK AB.

Looking to decorate your home with beautiful printed art? You’re in the right place! We offer on-demand prints made from your favorite photographs. You can easily purchase prints and frames directly from our website.
Just remember, you must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Don’t worry though, we’re here to help and guide you through the process. If for any reason we need to refuse or change your order, we’ll be sure to notify you promptly.
Once your order is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation from us via email, a purchase agreement is concluded. And of course, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so up until the point in time when we’ve sent confirmation of the order, and we’ll issue a full refund.
Every product is shown including VAT in EU countries. In the checkout area you can see the total price including taxes and shipping. You can pay for your purchase in the manner specified on the web page. We are entitled to charge you already in connection with the order.
We love offering promotions and special offers on our website from time to time, but please note that these are only available for a limited period. We do reserve the right to end any offers without notice, but don’t worry – if this happens, our Terms & Conditions still apply as usual.
If you’re interested in participating in one of our contests, please be aware that you need to be at least 18 years old. Unfortunately, our employees are not eligible to participate in any of our contests. Winners are chosen by us and our decision is final. It’s important to note that prizes cannot be traded or exchanged for cash or any other monetary item. Also, any costs incurred by you beyond the winning prize are your responsibility.
In the unlikely event that the originally stated prize is unavailable, we will substitute it with an alternate prize of similar quality and value. Please understand that RAUK AB is not liable for any financial implications that may arise from this prize exchange.
We want to make sure you receive your products in a timely and efficient manner, which is why we strive to produce and ship out products within 5 working days of the date of our order confirmation. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Rest assured, though, that all products will be sent out within 14 working days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If, for any reason, product delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days without causation on the buyer’s behalf, you may cancel your purchase.
Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to produce any products ordered until payment has been received in full. This means that delivery will be restricted until we have received adequate payment.
For international deliveries, please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes and import duties that may apply.
If your package is to be picked up at a specific delivery point, we’ll provide you with all the necessary details about the location and time for pickup via standard text message, electronic mail, or telephone call. Any delivery products that are not claimed will be shipped back to RAUK AB, and buyers will be charged any costs involved with the delivery of the products back to us.
We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Our prints are made on demand, which means that we cannot accept refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. You can send us a message explaining the issue, along with a picture of the product or packaging. Please also include your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
If your request falls under our return policy, we will refund your money or exchange the product. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to us, but we will cover any costs associated with the replacement product.
It’s important that you keep the product in the same condition it was in when you received it. If you use the product and then find defects or damages, we cannot accept it as a return under our policy.
Lastly, if a product is not picked up and is returned to us, there will be a return fee. In Sweden, the fee is 129 SEK, and in other European countries, it’s 24,90€.

Sometimes, there might be errors or misrepresentations in the product descriptions or specifications, or the prices might not be accurate. Ah, yes, Force Majeure! That’s the fancy legal term for those “oopsies, not our fault” moments.
So, if anything falls under the category of Force Majeure, such as war, riots, labor conflicts, fires, floods, storms, accidents, power shortages, or transportation shortages, we won’t be held liable if it affects the delivery of your products. We’ll still do our best to keep you updated and get your products to you as soon as possible, but just wanted to make sure you’re aware of this legal term.
